Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AE Sales Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

AE Sales Platform provides AI-powered sales productivity tools including but not limited to email generation, deal room creation, call debriefs, business cases, competitive battlecards, and related services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with credit-based usage.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers multiple subscription plans with varying credit allocations. All plans include access to every feature. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits. A valid payment method is required to create an account but will not be charged during the trial period. The trial has no time limit and expires only when free credits are exhausted.

4.2 Credit Packs

Additional credits may be purchased as credit packs. Credits purchased via credit packs do not expire and are non-refundable. Monthly subscription credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any purpose that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AE Sales Platform and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated through the Service using your inputs belongs to you, subject to the underlying AI model provider's terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described therein. AI-generated content is processed through third-party API providers (Anthropic) whose terms prohibit the use of customer data for model training.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AE Sales Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through the account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
