What are credits?
Credits are how you pay for AI generations. Each tool uses 1-5 credits depending on complexity and the AI model you choose. Simple tasks like emails cost 1-2 credits. Heavy tasks like deal rooms cost more.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes, but you won't be charged until you subscribe to a plan. The credit card is saved securely via Stripe so activating a plan is one click when you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel from your billing page at any time. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your existing assets remain accessible.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase credit packs at any time, or upgrade to a higher plan. There are no overage charges — we use a hard stop so you're never surprised by a bill.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset on your billing date and don't roll over. However, credits purchased via credit packs never expire.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption and never share your data. All AI processing happens through Anthropic's API, which does not use customer data for model training.
